Tropical Traditions Review and GIVEAWAY

When I was younger I was pretty healthy, I exercised regularly, ate healthy and maintained a healthy weight. Since getting older, life happens, you fall in love and gain like five million pounds, then you have a baby and gain another five million pounds and before you know it that girl in the picture from your younger years looks like a completely different person. Has this happened to you? Oh it has happened to me all right. So I have become more interested in trying to live a healthy lifestyle again, I want to me healthy, look healthy, and not worry about the five million pounds I have gained over the years. I try and buy products that are organic, cook things that are healthy yet tasty, and most importantly teach my Little Miss Diva that healthy can be both tasty and good for you. And that is where Tropical Traditions Gold Label Virgin Coconut Oil comes in handy!
I was contacted by Tropical Traditions to try their Gold Label Virgin Coconut Oil first hand and to learn about the benefits of using coconut oil in my diet as opposed to other choices on the market. I accepted the offer and Tropical Traditions sent me a 32 ounce jar of their Gold Label Virgin Coconut Oil along with a book by Brian and Marianita Jader Shilhavy about the benefits of Virgin Coconut Oil and how it has changed peoples lives.
I had no idea that Coconuts produced oil, or that you could use it in your everyday cooking. So I did some research, read the book that they sent me, and tried a recipe from their free recipe site. I learned that Coconut Oil is a food that you can cook with, and that it has been a staple cooking oil in Tropical Climates for thousands of years.Tropical Traditions Gold Label Virgin Coconut Oil is made from organic fresh coconuts that have been unrefined and found in the rural areas of the Philippines. As a cooking oil, coconut oil, keeps its chemical structure in tact and is resistant to mutations of fatty acid. This was a seller in my book, I wanted to try it right away, anything that can offer less fatty acids in my food is a winner in my book. I also learned that coconut oil is used in other products, not just in cooking, and can be beneficial in weight loss, cleaning products, skin care, and even in pet food to help give your pets a shiny coat.
Tropical Traditions has a great recipe site that offers you hundreds of free recipes to choose from. Including Gluten Free, Beverage, Entree's, Soups, Salads, Baked Goods, Condiments, Dressings, Sauces, and Desserts. I decided to try out one of their recipe's first hand, and made the Apple Chicken Stir-Fry. It was DELICIOUS and so TASTY, a huge hit in my house! I served it with rice and veggies and my hubby went back for 3rd's!!!! I definitely recommend that you utilize this free recipe tool and try some of the Tropical Traditions Free Recipes for yourself!
Tropical Traditions also had other products on their website other than just Virgil coconut oil. They offer skin care products, such as soaps, moisturizers, lotions and more. Even household items like all purpose cleaners and laundry soap. And everything from pet products to supplements and healthy oils. All products use their coconut oil and have great healthy benefits. Tropical Traditions is a great way to live a healthy lifestyle! Tropical Traditions even has a YouTube video you can check out that features how they discovered virgin coconut oil and an interview with Brian Shilhavy, CEO of Tropical Traditions!

The chocolate coconut macaroons recipe sounds great! Although I have to admit that I would mostly use this for my homemade beauty products, I make a wonderful diaper cream and hand lotion with coconut oil!!
