When I was younger I was pretty healthy, I exercised regularly, ate healthy and maintained a healthy weight. Since getting older, life happens, you fall in love and gain like five million pounds, then you have a baby and gain another five million pounds and before you know it that girl in the picture from your younger years looks like a completely different person. So I have become more interested in trying to live a healthy lifestyle again, I want to me healthy, look healthy, and not worry about the five million pounds I have gained over the years. I was contacted by Tropical Traditions to try their Gold Label Virgin Coconut Oil first hand and to learn about the benefits of using coconut oil in my diet as opposed to other choices on the market. I decided to try out one of their recipe's first hand, and made the Apple Chicken Stir-Fry. It was DELICIOUS and so TASTY, a huge hit in my house! I served it with rice and veggies and my hubby went back for 3rd's!!!! I definitely recommend that you utilize this free recipe tool and try some of the Tropical Traditions Free Recipes for yourself!
Tropical Traditions also had other products on their website other than just Virgil coconut oil. They offer skin care products, such as soaps, moisturizers, lotions and more. Even household items like all purpose cleaners and laundry soap. And everything from pet products to supplements and healthy oils. All products use their coconut oil and have great healthy benefits. The chocolate coconut macaroons recipe sounds great! Although I have to admit that I would mostly use this for my homemade beauty products, I make a wonderful diaper cream and hand lotion with coconut oil!!

HI, Just wanted to tell you that I have been using coconut oil since early Spring, and I love it. It makes me feel a lot better. Coconut oil has a ton of health benefits. I just found Tropical Traditions on Monday and am planning to get some. Sounds like great stuff!
