Love To Shop Mom runs Contests and Giveaways from time to time not only to promote products, services and companies, but also to reward my readers with the chance to win really cool gear…It’s good to be a Love To Shop Mom Reader!
But, in order to make sure that everything is fairly won and run, here are the Love To Shop Mom rules and regulations for contests and giveaways. If you have any questions about them please contact me. Rules effective August 23 2009 and forward.
Entering Contests:
* All Entrants are REQUIRED to fulfill the Mandatory entry requirement.
*All contest entries are moderated, but there are the occasions when an entry slips by that doesn’t follow the mandatory entry.
*Please include an email address in your entries so that i can contact you should you be the winner, you will ONLY receive an email from me if you win, email addresses will not be used for anything other than winner notification.
*All winners are drawn via Random.Org unless the contest states differently.
*If a winner is drawn and they HAVE NOT followed the Mandatory entry they will be disqualified and a new winner will be drawn.
*Contests are open to US and Canada Residents only (unless otherwise noted) and entrants must be 18 or older.
Winner Notification:
*I will notify the winner via email, the email subject will ALWAYS be "Love To Shop Mom Giveaway Winner".
*All winners will have 48 hours to respond to the email with the information asked for.
*If the winner does not notify me within 48 hours their prize will be forfeit and a new winner will be chosen.
*Winners will also be posted on the Giveaway Post once the contest has closed and the winner has been chosen.
Receiving Your Prize:
*After I receive your information I will forward that to the sponsor who is asked to send out your prize in two to three weeks.
*If you do not receive your prize after one month has passed please contact me. I will contact the sponsor on your behalf about the prize, if in the event the sponsor never sends out a prize I do apologize in advance, but I will not be held responsible.

Thank you for being a legitimate and ethical mommy blogger who writes reviews and does great giveaways. It makes me very angry when I run across those who are not ethical or who do not play by the rules that are fair to everyone. I have shared my happiness with your blog to others and advised them your reviews and giveways are wonderful and truthful! thank you again!
